Our Team

Andre Duquemin, Bsc(Hons)ost. Dip BCST

For the last twenty years, I have been helping people who struggle with their physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

In my osteopathy practice, I use a variety of approaches, including manual, visceral and cranial techniques, to support your health.

Clients come to see me for a variety of issues, including acute and chronic pain, headaches, upper and lower limb problems, and post-trauma-related disorders.

I also like to work with complex cases, helping people who have previously found little respite despite trying many avenues.

For the past 15 years, I’ve also trained in coaching, craniosacral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), which allows me to add another level of care to all my clients.

I am the founder of Three Brain Training, a company that helps business owners build physical, emotional, and mental fitness to perform and feel at their best.

I am a husband to Lynne and a father to Bella (soon off to University!). I love walking the cliffs with Margo, our mad cocker spaniel and am a recent convert to the highly addictive game of Padel.

Rebekah Le Ray, M.Ost

I was born and raised in Guernsey and completed my M.Ost at the University College of Osteopathy, London (formerly British School of Osteopathy) in 2020. Before attending university, I qualified as a sports massage therapist in 2016.

I enjoy all areas of practice and am a firm believer in looking at the body as a whole rather than focusing just on the area of dysfunction. I take a holistic, patient-centred approach and believe that an individual's well-being depends on their bones, muscles, ligaments, and connective tissues functioning smoothly.

I have undertaken additional training in dry needling, kinesiology taping and treatment during pregnancy.

I have experience working with local sports teams. I am also a qualified animal osteopath. I trained with the Osteopathic Centre for Animals and gained a postgraduate diploma. I own Guernsey Animal Osteopathy, which specialises in equine and canine treatment.

In my spare time, I love to travel the world and spend time with my young family.

I undertake regular, continuous professional development both on and off the island. I am also registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and Institute of Osteopathy (iO).
